Sathish Kumar G serves as the Managing Director of Terumo Penpol, with overall responsibility for the company’s operations and business activities in India. In addition, he holds the position of Vice President – Manufacturing, leading the blood bags, disposables, and medical equipment manufacturing facilities located in Thiruvananthapuram, India.

With over 30 years of experience across diverse industries, including Life Sciences, High-Performance Materials, Specialty Chemicals, and Automobiles, Sathish brings extensive expertise in Operations Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Systems, and Regulatory Compliance. Throughout his career, he has successfully driven operational excellence, business growth, and organizational transformation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Salem, and has completed the Executive General Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Sathish is an avid traveller who enjoys exploring new destinations and experiencing diverse cultures.

Faith Chua is the Regional Controller of Terumo BCT in APAC, based in Singapore. She currently serves in the Board of Directors in Terumo BCT companies and is responsible for all finance support activities to the commercial team in APAC. She is a seasoned strategic finance business partner with more than 20 years of experience in various industries (Medical, Technology, Oil & Gas, Shipping). Strong in controllership, international taxation & finance transformation, she brings to the business knowledge and experience to respond to dynamic changes in the environment.

In her recent roles in Microsoft & Infineum, she had successfully led finance transformation through outsourcing, optimizing resources & process improvements.

Faith received a Bachelor degree in accountancy from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
